As a skilled caregiver, you will deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes. This includes wound care, medication management, chronic disease support and health assessments. You will work independently while backed by a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to clients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless client care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
  • At least 1 year in community, aged care or acute settings
  • Driver's Licence, Police Check, CPR & Working with Vulnerable People check
  • Confidence working independently with strong time management
