Facilities Engineering Operations

We help clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.

As a Technical Building Officer, you are responsible for site facilities engineering operations. You establish procedures and implement them for site staff to follow.

Main duties include:

  • Establishing Engineering & Operational procedures and rolling out for site staff
  • Delivery of services in accordance with client's Management SLA
  • Ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations
  • Implementing energy management programs to reduce cost on utilities

Candidates should have a university degree or professional qualification in engineering, over 5 years practical experience in facilities maintenance operations, and experience of engineering systems troubleshooting.
