Your New Role

As an Insurance Brokerage Assistant, you will provide administrative support to three experienced brokers, helping them to prepare and manage insurance documents, including Certificates of Currency (CoCs) and renewal processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Preparing renewals, endorsements, and quotations to support the brokers' tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborating with directors, senior account executives, and administrators to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
  • Meeting set KPIs and embracing technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience working within an insurance brokerage, preferably with Tier 1 or Tier 2 certifications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Commercial SME portfolio and General Insurance concepts.
  • Experience with Insight, SCTP, Sunrise, and CRM systems is highly regarded.
  • Full work rights and relevant experience within the Australian insurance industry.
  • The ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
