The role of Senior Digital Transformation Lead involves overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale digital health projects, from concept development to deployment. This encompasses developing risk management strategies, ensuring benefit realization and continuous improvement, as well as engaging with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration across the healthcare system.
This critical leadership position requires significant experience leading large ICT or digital transformation programs in a complex, matrixed organization.
