We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Child and Family Health Service team in Inner South Adelaide. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services to families with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group work to eligible clients, focusing on early identification, assessment, and care planning.
  • Work with parents to develop coping skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive outlook on their future.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and families to identify and access resources and information.
  • Conduct interventions, including counseling, behavioral change practice, and family interventions, to empower clients to make positive changes.
About You
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, with eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Have experience working with families, utilizing current research and knowledge about attachment, infant mental health, and brain development.
  • Be able to work effectively within a small team environment and provide guidance to entry-level staff.
