About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional support to our residents in care homes.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, working closely with our hospitality teams to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, completing documentation and reporting as required, and responding to residents' queries and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.

The role involves a range of tasks including laundry duties, catering and food services, and cleaning, which require attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work a variety of shifts, and an understanding of work health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests
  • Laundry duties: loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping, or ironing linen
  • Catering / food services duties: assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing
  • Cleaning duties: general cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
  • Understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
