About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with our WA team, supporting and guiding the service in providing therapeutic care to young people. You will oversee daily care and play a key role in case planning, ensuring care decisions are made in the best interests of the young person.

  • Stay up-to-date with current practice in trauma-informed care, legislation and licensing requirements.
  • Advocate and guide meeting therapeutic needs through engagement with stakeholders.
  • Promote Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
  • Deliver trusted advice and offer TCI training packages tailored to area needs.
  • Provide post-crisis support and facilitate case review functions at a local level.

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or related field, or Diploma of Community Services.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
