About the Role

The Business Success Manager will serve as the key point of contact for ongoing relationships and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of our SaaS platform. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value and drive account growth globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts.
  • Manage full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing account growth.
  • Develop and execute project plans and manage timelines for implementation.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews utilizing BI tools to demonstrate platform impact.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams based at HQ.
  • Act as a consultant to clients sharing best practices and strategic insights.
  • Identify and present upsell opportunities to grow account value.
Requirements
  • MUST: Minimum 4 years' experience in Account Management or a related client-facing role.
  • MUST: Background in a tech B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical fluency ability to understand SaaS products and troubleshoot with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for sports you enjoy talking about sports daily.
  • Nice to have: Experience in video content media streaming or social media.
