Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our store team in Robina, QLD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and train a team of up to 30 staff members to deliver exceptional results
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Liaise with stock allocators to manage stock levels and maximize return on floor space
  • Prepare and monitor sales reports and store/team compliance
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and skills in a retail/hospitality environment
  • Ability to think customer-first and deliver outstanding results
  • Familiarity with similar roles or experience working in retail/hospitality industries
