Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex infrastructure and property development projects, including commercial and contract advice.
- Provide high-end advice on large commercial and industrial leasing transactions.
- Assist with complex commercial sale and acquisition agreements.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum + years of post-qualification experience in a reputable property practice.
- Proven experience working on development projects, leasing transactions, and sale & acquisitions.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
