Lead Radiation Therapist Position
As a lead radiation therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cancer care and driving quality improvement and patient outcomes.
Radiation Therapy Leadership Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement radiation therapy strategies to drive quality improvement and patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to radiation therapists across the global network.
- Maintain expertise in emerging and advanced techniques in radiation therapy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radiation therapy services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- AHRPA registration or equivalent radiologic technologist licensure.
- Expertise in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery, including emerging and advanced techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in staff management and budget oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
