
Dynamic Speech Pathology Position

A dynamic and challenging role is available for a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This position will involve working with adult and paediatric clients who have developmental and acquired disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dysphagia management, AAC prescription, and general therapy skills. They will be required to conduct thorough assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and outdoor settings.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for clients and build lasting relationships through meaningful interactions. They will also have opportunities to grow as a clinician or leader through a supportive environment that prioritizes clinician-led practice.
- Support and Supervision: Our experienced supervisors provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our clinicians.
- Professional Development: We offer an extensive internal professional development schedule and a personal budget to support ongoing learning and growth.
- Study Leave: Four full days of paid study leave per calendar year are provided to support clinicians in their ongoing education.
