Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathology Assistant to join our team. As a Speech Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our speech pathologists to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist speech pathologists in the assessment and treatment of clients with communication disorders;

Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports;

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients;

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills;

Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Completion of Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, specializing in Communication and Swallowing;

Patience and excellent communication skills;

The ability to understand and meet the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds;

Practical experience through work placements or as an Allied Health Assistant at a Speech Pathology practice is beneficial.
