Occupational Therapist Role Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in delivering expert injury management, vocational rehabilitation, and workplace wellness services across metropolitan and regional Australia.
">The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgement, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide recovery and return-to-work pathways. They will have a mature understanding of insurance models and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to achieve outcomes.
">This is a flexible role that offers a range of opportunities for professional growth and development, including:
">- ">
- Home visits and assessments to identify household services and activity limitations.">
- Injury management and prevention services, including coordination of return-to-work plans and non-return-to-work plans.">
- Consultancy services, such as ADL assessments, worksite task analysis, medicolegal assessments, and employer consultancy.">
- Use of industry-leading assessment protocols and IT systems.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.">
- Proficiency with IT and Telehealth systems, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.">
Key qualifications and skills include:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy.">
- AHPRA registration.">
- Comcare Registration and experience working with Comcare and/or DVA clients.">
- Skills in workplace rehabilitation and ADL assessments.">
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to work independently and within a team.">
