Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and skilled Financial Administrator to manage our company's financial operations.

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Process weekly payroll for employees of multiple entities
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports
  • Assist with tax returns preparation
  • Maintain general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers
  • Complete bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Provide administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Administrator or Bookkeeper
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Certificate IV Bookkeeping or equivalent
