Early Years Educator Opportunity in South Melbourne

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Only About Children in South Melbourne. As a leading provider of early years education and care, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work across a rotating roster, providing high-quality care and education to children from 0-5 years old.
- To be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, critical thinking, and play-based learning.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and curriculum-aligned programs.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher qualification).
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
What We Offer:
- Above award salary ($70,000 - $90,000 per annum) and annual review.
- 50% discount on employee childcare fees.
- Two wellbeing days and option to purchase up to two weeks additional annual leave.
- 20 weeks Government Parental Leave Pay.
