About the Role

As an Account Manager on the Online Affiliates Team at ShopBack, you'll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key affiliate partners. Your role will involve optimizing affiliate campaigns, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless communication between partners and internal teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Regularly attend industry events and networking events.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
