Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Park Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Ingenia Holidays Eden Beachfront in Eden, Australia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our park facilities, grounds, and amenities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining public open spaces to a high standard
  • Ensuring all works are completed to a high-quality standard and in accordance with instructions
  • Managing garden beds, lawns, and plants
  • Coordinating site budgets and ensuring expenses remain within allocated limits
Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Regularly checking and attending to general repairs to all public open space areas as required
  • Responding and assessing permanent resident queries and escalating to relevant trades if necessary
  • Cleaning and maintaining the pool and pool area in accordance with procedures (if applicable)
  • Arranging and administering all repairs and/or maintenance of tools and equipment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold a current full C-class driver's license
  • Demonstrate ability to provide leadership and direction to other staff
  • Exhibit good time management skills and excellent customer service abilities
  • Be available to work weekends and flexible shifts, including occasional overnight duties
