As an Experience Host at Ingenia Holidays Eden Beachfront, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless front-of-house operations. This casual position offers the potential for additional hours during peak periods.

This role involves welcoming guests to our park, explaining amenities and activities, selling our unique holiday experience, and providing high-level customer service throughout their stay.

You will be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people and is committed to creating inclusive communities where residents and visitors can truly belong.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in a similar role or industry, and strong attention to detail. You should be passionate about the tourism industry and possess a proven sales ability.

The successful applicant will enjoy a rewarding and challenging opportunity with a competitive hourly rate around $25-$30 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
