Front End Operations Manager

This is a supervisory role that oversees the front-end operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- We are looking for an experienced leader to develop and direct the front-end personnel to promote teamwork and accountability.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee performance, participating in performance reviews, and providing feedback.
- They will work closely with the front-end manager on staffing, interviewing, hiring, and reviewing employees.
- The ideal candidate will provide recommendations for resolving personnel issues and training, ensuring proper safety procedures and standards are implemented and upheld.
- Determines the number of registers needed to maintain efficiency and covers register duties as necessary.
- Promotes a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
- Fosters a positive working environment through effective communication and leadership.
