Key Responsibilities

  • Lead geotechnical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Conduct geotechnical analyses, including slope stability, foundation design, and retaining wall design.
  • Develop and implement practical and commercial solutions to complex geotechnical problems.
  • Interact with clients through all phases of projects, including pursuit, tendering, and delivery.
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications in geotechnical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnical consulting, including fieldwork and site investigation reporting.
  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to carry out geotechnical analysis using industry-standard software and methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management skills, with a bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel and work on remote sites.
