Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Events Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and delivering an ongoing series of online events that meet the continuing professional development (CPD) needs of our members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering online events, including webinars and virtual conferences;
  • Liaising with speakers and moderators to ensure a seamless online experience;
  • End-to-end event delivery, including set-up, testing, rehearsal, and live delivery;
  • Evaluating events and reporting on results and recommendations;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in events planning and coordination;
  • Experience in delivering online events or meetings, and proficiency in relevant software and platforms, ideally Zoom and EventsAir;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care;
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary range from $63,000 to $78,800, inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.

You will also enjoy a great hybrid working arrangement, with two days spent in our office and three days working from home. Additionally, you will receive a monthly free paid day off and 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
