The APAC Division of NCC Group, headquartered in Sydney with offices in Melbourne and Singapore is the fastest growing region of the Group. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Lead to join our rapidly expanding MXDR division.
As a Cyber Security Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing all facets of projects, including forecasting and managing project budgets, developing project briefs, plans and proposals, and preparing estimates for resources, time frame and cost structures. You will also be responsible for overall progress monitoring and reporting, timely escalation of exceptions, managing the overall relationship with the client and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with our Service Delivery Management team to support a smooth transition of clients from implementation/on-boarding projects into live service. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account Directors on commercial matters, SOC team members on technical enquiries, and technical engineers on service improvements, upgrades and performance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive projects/processes, prioritize across multiple concurrent projects and responsibilities, stay positive, proactive, and take responsibility to solve problems. You will also have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits, including flexible working hours, great CBD location, and opportunities to accelerate your career.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in the IT sector, specifically within the cyber security area, and have Prince2/Agile project management qualifications. You will also need to have effective leadership, communication skills, and proven ability to deliver quality outcomes within budget and time frame. We require demonstrable technical experience in at least one or more areas of computer security, including delivery of cyber security related software solutions or products, cloud implementation and services, endpoint software rollouts, network and infrastructure, targeted simulated cyber attacks, provisioning of security detection tooling, experience delivering cyber focussed SaaS solutions and knowledge of cyber threats.
