Job Title: First Nations Security Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to join our team. As a First Nations Security Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of security clearance and vetting processes.

You will work closely with our Security Vetting Team to ensure that all clearance cases are thoroughly assessed and processed in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working with Indigenous communities and has a strong understanding of the cultural context.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously scrutinize extensive data and identify potential risks is critical in this role.
  • Quality Assurance: A firm commitment to uphold high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation is essential.
  • Time Management: Ensuring milestones and SLAs are met with close attention to competing demands on time is vital.
  • Australian Citizens who possess a Security Clearance of Baseline, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 1 or 2 as required (preferred)
