About the Role
  • We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can assess components of clearance cases with meticulous attention to detail and manage complex processes while reporting to an experienced team leader.
  • Candidates must be able to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively.
  • Leadership experience is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for individuals who can work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to manage complex processes either as part of a team or by leading one.
  • Ensuring quality outcomes is crucial in this role, and we expect candidates to enforce stringent quality controls throughout their work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to scrutinize extensive data and identify potential risks is essential.
  • Quality Assurance: A firm commitment to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation is required.
  • Time Management: Candidates must be able to ensure milestones and SLAs are met despite competing demands on time.
  • Australian Citizens who possess a Security Clearance of Baseline, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 1 or 2 as required (preferred).
