Located at our Keysborough APM site. As Quality Assurance Associate, you will facilitate the effective administration of all quality assurance operations within the activities of the company. You will Implement all quality and GMP requirements by assisting to manage quality risk and driving a continuous improvement culture

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for:

- Monitoring GMP compliance and ensuring APM maintains an audit ready state
- Facilitating and completion of internal audits
- Scheduling and completion of all product quality reviews
- Maintenance of all Quality Management Systems and processes
- Providing cross functional GMP and QMS related training
- Investigation of internal deviations and customer complaints
- Ensuring that all necessary testing is carried out in accordance with pre-determined requirements
- Creating and approving and authorise specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality Control procedures
- Review and approval of all out of specification and out of trend reporting
- Completing risk Assessment Management for the business
- Retention of records and ensuring appropriate archiving of same as required
- The authorisation of written procedures and other documents including amendments
- The monitoring and control of the production environment for GMP compliance
- Providing appropriate training to all staff involved in the contribution to and generation of medicines.
- Monitoring compliance with the requirements of GMP for the production, testing and warehousing and transport of medicine

This role is a key position to ensure all critical issues are addressed in a timely manner to create a sustainable business capable of meeting our promise to customers.

**Your skills and experience**

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quality management or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of TQM systems including ISO 90001 and AS 4123 accreditations
- Operating and maintaining the NATA accredited laboratory and certification for the relevant Australian Standard
- Capacity to provide leadership in the administration of manufacturing activities within a commercial organisation that operates in a complex market environment
- Clear demonstration of business administration skills
