We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Customer Service Team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading high-performing teams.

Job Description

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior management as needed.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead and manage the Customer Service Team to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
