Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the project lifecycle, you will be responsible for laying the foundation for successful outcomes.

This role involves reviewing and understanding administration requirements, managing notice templates, and administering head contract obligations to protect the company's time and financial interests.

You will also oversee subcontractor and consultant procurement, prepare trade recommendations, negotiate and close out agreements.

About You
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Natural negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
