We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a High Value Acquisition Sales Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the SMB Account Management Sales Team in AUNZ, focusing on growing high-value SMB advertisers through expert product adoption and engagement.
- Drive revenue by acquiring and onboarding direct clients and agencies
- Develop strategies for product adoption and educating clients and agencies in a scalable fashion
- Ensure exceptional sales and operational customer service experience for clients
- Establish a structure for ongoing, sustainable growth
- Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic opportunities for the High Value Acquisition sales team
- Develop and manage complex SMB sales & service projects from problem definition to final execution
- Optimize processes for timely and effective delivery
- 5+ years of experience in online acquisition marketing, sales, and product solutions for small businesses, with 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Experience working with small businesses and developing strategies to scale services and support
- Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation
- Leadership experience engaging and influencing at an executive level with cross-functional groups
- A highly skilled sales leader with a proven track record of success
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
