Cyber Security Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Security Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong leadership and coaching abilities. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their security needs, and collaborating with our technical team to develop and deliver customized security solutions.
- Business Strategy Development: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Talent Management: Manage and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security needs.
- Customized Security Solutions: Collaborate with our technical team to develop and deliver customized security solutions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report sales metrics and trends.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity sales or related field.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
