We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a Claims Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing an outstanding claims experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a portfolio of claims from initiation to resolution.
- Engage with key stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes for customers.
- Assess, analyze, calculate, and finalize claims payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including management of claims, communication, and inquiries.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality management of claims.
- Participate in case conferences, peer case discussions, and instruct third-party service providers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position involving income protection, life, lump sum, trauma, critical illness, injury, TPD, or death claims.
- Retail, Group, or Direct claims case management experience is highly desired.
- Ability to build rapport and empathy with customers during difficult times.
- Passionate and driven with a natural willingness to continue to learn.
