Site Environmental Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project inductions and environmental management systems training.
- Developing and managing site environmental plans in accordance with legislation and company standards.
- Providing general environmental advice and support for site-based construction and operations staff.
- Conducting site audits and reporting outcomes and recommendations to Construction & Project Managers.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in a wide range of environmental functional activities, as well as strong negotiation and influence skills and the ability to effectively communicate concerns and recommendations to senior personnel.
- Previous experience in a FIFO/Site based role, working in an EPCM environment is essential.
- A comfort level with working a 2/1 Roster, with point of hire in Perth is required.
- A minimum of 3 years site experience in a similar position is necessary.
- Experience in processing land disturbance GIS data is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of permits and approvals and conducting regular risk and compliance inspections is crucial.
