About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Policy Officer / Manager to join our Legislation and Policy Branch team within the Office of the Commissioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development, delivery, and implementation of a portfolio of policy initiatives and reforms that support Departmental objectives and ensure Government commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, delivery, and implementation of a portfolio of policy initiatives and reforms.
  • Lead a motivated and high-performing team in the NSWPF on strategic policy and legislative reform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Government commitments are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders.
