As a Clinical Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving education and delivering training programs as part of our organisational learning strategy. This role involves:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality training programs that cater to the diverse needs of clinical staff.
  • Co-designing a national learning framework that promotes continuous improvement and excellence in clinical practice.
  • Developing compliance training that meets regulatory requirements and champions a culture of safety and quality.
  • Leading the coordination and management of the clinical competency framework across residential and home services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure learning content is current, relevant, and effective.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent with at least 3 years post-graduate experience.
  • Current registration (practising certificate) as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Current First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
  • Graduate Certification in Nursing (Nurse Education) and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
