Financial Crime Prevention Specialist

Skyrocket your career in financial services with a unique opportunity to protect our company from financial crime. We're seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our Financial Crime Team.

  • Investigate and monitor suspicious customer accounts and transactions to identify potential or actual cases of money laundering and terrorist financing (ML & TF).
  • Utilize blockchain analysis technology to review incoming and outgoing crypto risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with the AML team on a rotating roster to cover any ML & TF issues outside of business hours.

In this role, you'll work closely with external stakeholders, such as banks and law enforcement agencies, when necessary. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to make well-informed decisions and drive process improvements within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Investigation and Monitoring: Investigate and monitor suspicious customer accounts and transactions to identify potential or actual cases of money laundering and terrorist financing (ML & TF).
  2. Blockchain Analysis: Utilize blockchain analysis technology to review incoming and outgoing crypto risk exposure.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with the AML team on a rotating roster to cover any ML & TF issues outside of business hours.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with external stakeholders, such as banks and law enforcement agencies, when necessary.
  5. Process Improvement: Analyze data and transactions to drive process improvements within the team.
