Project Management Office Manager

Our business transformation is a strategic initiative to enhance delivery capability, provide a unique approach to banking, and support our staff in delivering exceptional customer service and relevant solutions.

This role belongs to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), responsible for translating our strategy into reality through quality, customer-focused end-to-end delivery. Your role as a Project Management Office Manager is to partner with key stakeholders, serve as the eyes and ears of the Program Director and the team, anticipate upcoming tasks, guide the team towards their objectives, mitigate risks, and identify crucial decisions that need to be made.

A skilled Project Management Office Manager is essential for maintaining smooth operations, understanding the true state of affairs, and keeping processes running like well-oiled machines. When the Project Management Office is functioning effectively, the program is also performing well.

You will be an experienced leader working within a large portfolio, overseeing project management services and tools used to support complex change initiatives. As a Project Management Office Manager, you will have in-depth knowledge and significant experience in project management services and tools, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels, establish deep relationships, and effectively influence across the organization, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and a growth mindset.
