About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
  • Expand your knowledge of products and become a tea expert.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following safety policies and procedures.
About You
  • Customer-focused and ready to learn.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
