This leadership role oversees the daily operations of a residential aged care facility, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and access to safe facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and decision-making.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, resources, and facilities.
- Develop and implement occupancy sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS sector requirements and aged care legislation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Senior leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong commercial flair and passion for profitability.
- Astuteness across P&L's, budgeting, and financial management.
- Ability to develop and implement systems and processes at every level of a new business/facility.
