The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or industry experience, with a strong knowledge of process technology and lean manufacturing principles. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental performance
- Optimize beverage processes and high-speed automated packaging equipment
- Champion quality requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing six sigma concepts and tools
