Clinic Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:

This role offers a challenging and dynamic opportunity to provide high-level administrative support in our Specialist Clinics department.

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of scheduling appointments for your allocated clinical portfolio, ensuring seamless communication with patients, families, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all scheduling activities, ensuring timely and efficient appointment management
  • Advanced patient inquiries related to your allocated portfolio
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a specialist clinics setting is highly desirable
