Key Responsibilities:

  • Refer suitable opportunities to our recruitment team for labour hire, permanent, and executive roles
  • Customise roles to suit individual customer capabilities
  • Support employment sustainability through collaboration with internal and external supports
  • Provide input to our engagement team on employer engagement best practices
  • Develop local Employer Engagement Strategies
  • Manage the Community Champions Program, including employer-hosted events
  • Facilitate career exploration and industry taster opportunities
  • Deliver place-based and office-based servicing across regions
