Job Description

This role is a key component of our organisation's goal to improve the quality of life for people in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to lead our Dreams program, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of this vital initiative.

The Program Lead will work closely with various teams to drive awareness of the program throughout the organisation and lay foundations for expansion into new areas. This role requires strong communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are implemented to the highest standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Planning and Development
  • Project Management
  • Client Engagement
  • Evaluation and Reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Healthcare Management, Nonprofit Management)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program and/or events management, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • A current drivers licence and safe driving record
  • A compassionate and highly organised individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are implemented to the highest standard of quality while using resources wisely
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and manage performance
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
