We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals.

Job Description

The Senior Finance Leader will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to support the organization's objectives.
  • Overseeing all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Managing the annual budget process and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

In addition, the Senior Finance Leader will:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, ideally within the arts, culture, or non-profit sectors.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
