Job Title: Leader of Sexual Assault Response
">A dynamic opportunity exists for a seasoned professional to lead our response to sexual assault in the Northern Metropolitan Region.
">We provide crisis care, therapeutic services, group work, advocacy, and education to those impacted by trauma. Our team is committed to creating a community free from family violence and sexual assault.
">To be successful, you will require 5+ years' experience managing teams focused on supporting clients affected by trauma, with insight into the complexities of working with people affected by sexual assault and/or family violence.
">You will need an approved degree in social work or psychology, eligibility for membership of the AASW or registration by AHPRA, and strong leadership and staff management skills.
">This role involves extensive networking, negotiation, and working in strategic partnerships. Proven results in meeting targets and innovative responses are essential.
