Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Lead to manage a designated area of accredited pathology collection sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pathology collectors and provide ongoing training and support
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of clinical and customer service
  • Ensure all relevant accreditation standards and workplace health and safety requirements are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Pathology Collector
  • Proven ability to lead a team and supervise the work of others
  • Sound knowledge of the pathology industry and its operations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt style based on the needs of the audience
  • Well-developed administrative skills and problem-solving abilities
