
Omnichannel Campaign Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused professional to support the operational delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns across digital and physical formats.
In this newly created role, you will work within the Retail Media Delivery team and be responsible for coordinating campaign logistics with suppliers and internal teams, assisting with setups, ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met, as well as reporting.
You will also play a key part in supporting the execution of campaigns that contribute to commercial outcomes for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate campaign logistics with suppliers and internal teams
- Assist with setup and ensure timely completion of campaigns
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Provide clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in media coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals, and reporting (e.g. Excel, PageProof, SharePoint)
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail media landscape and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
