Job Overview

As a key member of our Project Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cost control services to clients. Our team supports both Brisbane and Perth business across various disciplines.

Working in a key engineering service contract within our Brisbane team, the focus of your role will be to create delivery excellence across assigned project portfolios, provide certainty and confidence to clients, and maintain robust control of project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing project support by monitoring and reporting on costs, project progress, invoicing, change control, and variations
  • Developing project budgets in accordance with project estimates and CBS
  • Producing updates to project cost forecasts
  • Reviewing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
  • Liaising with procurement, finance, and time-capture functions, and third parties as required, to ensure accurate and timely capture of procurement, materials, subcontract, and labour resource hour costs
  • Preparing up-to-date cost reports showing approved budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts

Success in this role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can manage time and workload efficiently, possessing advanced skills in the cost control process of multi-discipline EPCM and EPC projects.
