We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Supporter to provide exceptional support to our CEO and executive leadership team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-level administrative, coordination, and strategic support in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
Managing the CEO's calendar, travel, communications, and daily priorities with precision and discretion.
Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations that meet the highest standards.
Liaising with senior government officials, industry stakeholders, and member organisations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinating board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups with attention to detail.
Supporting strategic projects and internal communications to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Leading process improvements to enhance executive support delivery and continuous improvement.
Providing responsive, professional service in a high-trust environment where discretion is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Executive Assistant or similar role, demonstrating exceptional judgement and interpersonal skills.
A strong track record of supporting executive leadership and driving business outcomes.
Confidence liaising with high-level stakeholders, including Ministers, board members, and corporate leaders.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
High attention to detail and strong document preparation/proofing abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
