Compliance Manager Role Overview

This is a permanent full-time position with an opportunity to work in the early childhood education and care sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the National Law and regulations, as well as experience in managing and evaluating internal compliance programs.

This role involves working at head office but with opportunities to work across various centres.

The key responsibilities include reviewing and developing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legislative and industry standards.

About This Position:

  • Manage and evaluate the internal compliance programs to ensure they meet legislative and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop processes and procedures.
  • Review and develop policies and procedures across program areas.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or School Age Care.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position as a director/nominated supervisor.
  • Current ACT WWVP card or willingness to obtain.
  • Drivers licence and own transport.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
