Job Description

As a Personal Care Worker with us, you'll play a vital role in fostering client independence and promoting their overall well-being. You'll assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld. You'll also deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, social outings, and transportation to medical appointments.
  • Deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • National police check and Blue Card.
